For this photo edit, I had decided to make it simple and quick, but also making it a good photo. I had created a timeline of the photo and duplicated it, creating two layers. Then for the first layer, I had lassoed both of the two lights and changed the saturation, making both of them the opposite colors of each other. Then for each layer, I set it to .2 seconds each and to forever, which gives it the effect of actually flashing blue and red.
