This photo is pretty good as it demonstrates a lot of emotions from my two friends' faces. The colors and focus is good as it shows them as the stars of the photo. The composition consists of there faces being right in the middle. There really isn't anything distracting in the photo.
Kyle Thompson is a self-taught professional photographer. He focuses on portraits and self-portraits, however, he includes surrealistic touches to his photography. Dave Engledow is a self-taught American photographer, that mainly focuses with portraits incorporated with photoshop, that over dramatically emphasize his relationship with his young daughter. His photos are very photoshopped well that to the first eye it wouldn't look as if it was photoshopped. All of his photos show great emotion.

I chose this as my winner due to many little minor details that this artist incorporates in their piece of art. One of the main things that I have to critique about this is that it could have possibly been more edited and or cleaned up, however since it was done on a piece of some type of paper, you can't really clean up the small mistakes as everything is done with hand. The reflection of the artist's work is decent and fine-artsy.
I took this photo of my sister while we were at the Red Rock Canyons in Las Vegas. This photo is pretty good however her face is slightly out of focus, which takes away from the photo. The colors and composition of the photo is good and standard. There is also some emotions which add more into the photo.
This photo is pretty good, as there are minor flaws with it. The composition, focus and emotions are good. I cropped this photo slightly to remove some people that was in the background. I upped the brightness in the photo due to the original being dark as the lighting was particularly dark in the gym. Overall this edited version is way better than the original. The colors also stand out which makes the photo better.
